The head of IT is aware of problems but he does not do anything about it .because changes in the leadership cause some money and they are very greedy to let the micromanagers go

This company comprises various departments, each with significant differences in the work environment and opportunities. I spent nearly two years there. The atmosphere and culture are notably pleasant in departments such as BI,OPS,Product, Marketing, or Customer Service. However, I strongly advise against considering the Testing department for employment. It falls under the IT department, where there is absolute control over team members. in this department, testing procedures are meticulously micromanaged, leading to a highly stressful and abusive work environment. Change the micro managers leader .focus on making the job opportunity interesting and exciting instead of extreme micro managing in IT department

The only positive aspect of this job was the colleagues, but even that has diminished since the work-from-anywhere benefit was canceled and micromanagement increased. As mentioned, there's a noticeable sense of discouragement among everyone.

Ich arbeite in einem einzigartigen Team und wir halten zusammen, springen füreinander ein und helfen einander wo nötig. Speziell in der Coronazeit hat das Team bewiesen, dass es wirklich ein Team ist. Ich kann mir kein besseres wünschen.
In der vergangenheit habe ich mich in verschiedenen Lebenssituationen sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und habe viel Verständnis erfahren. Familie geht vor, und das leben wir hier auch.

Durch die Firmengröße kann natürlich nicht jeder Führungskraft werden - trotzdem ist es erstaunlich wieviele hier schon 5-6 Jahre bis hin zu über 10 Jahren dabei sind.
