Gehaltsorientierung im regionalen Vergleich. Beim zukünftigen Anstieg des Mindestlohns auf möglichweise 15 € ist man hier im Unternehmen nicht mehr weit drüber.
Eine regelmäßige Weiterentwicklung und perspektive in der persönlichen Gehaltstruktur fehlt komplett. Es gab 2x 3% mit der Gießkanne, was allerdings bei 5% Inflation und Lohnsteigerungen von teileweise 10% bei der Konkurrenz nicht wirklich viel ausmacht.
Irgendwann reichen die Benefits wie Getränke, Obst, Gemüse usw. auch nicht mehr, da dies nun in der Branche zum Standard gehört.
