Einige Mitarbeiter kommen und gehen wann sie wollen, machen lange Pause oder fahren während der Arbeitszeit einkaufen. Dann werden noch anscheinend überstunden aufgebaut. Hier kann man doch klar 1 und 1 zusammen zählen. Das ist einfach unfair und sollte meine Meinung nach Konsequenzen haben.
