Very disorganized. There's no guidance on goals and no feedback at all. There are no review meetings or directions on what's good and what needs improvement, so it's pretty much guessing all the time which is frustrating.
Colleagues are quite nice and fun, met some great people while working there.
Poor. I spoke directly with my manager maybe twice throughout the time I've spent there. Everything is handled via slack, even if it's a long conversation that would have been much more productive if it happened face to face. Even when the person in charge is sitting in a room next to you, they prefer to handle things via messaging other than talking to you.

I didn't see a lot of opportunities for that in the translators sector.
It was really hard to establish a working routine and have work-life balance while working there because the work flow was not well planned. One day you would have tons of work and had to put in more hours and then, there would be nothing for you to do for the following two or three days. Since there was no previous warning on this, it is hard to balance side jobs in case you are a freelancer working for multiple clients. On the other hand, the job itself is not very demanding and there's not a lot of pressure.
The office is nice, clean and modern. There are beverages and snacks available and every once in a while there were team events which were fun.
