If you are interested in the ad tech business, you should work in a company like Fyber. The standing it has in the market makes it worthwhile to keep the company going and push it forward, no matter the challenges we face.
I enjoy coming to work everyday for a business like ours, and giving the best out of my abilities to maintain our technical platform and provide developers with a great product!

- The pace of change feels chaotic to some people
- This is not the company or the industry for people who fear change!
- In the past (around the time of layoffs and afterwards), there was a lot of pessimism and negative energy. Fortunately, nearly all of the people with that attitude have moved on from the company and we have a more positive morale.
Die gesamte Unterehmenskultur. Es wird mit Scrum gearbeitet, aber nichts nach Scrum umgesetzt. Die IT-Abteilung ist nicht einmal fähig eine stabile Internetnutzung zu garantieren.
No clear communication, no clear stratagie, no clear goals, no clear leading
It can always be a little chaotic every now and then, specially if there are some technical issues to manage. But if you like to be challenged on your day to day, this will not be an issue for you!
