No clear communication coming from global. Unrealistic pressure ignoring local environment. Foreign managers telling local people how to do business in Austria. No long term planning endorsed.
GSK strategy is mainly focused on their own internal regulations paralyzing creativity and projects whenever possible....
Full open space concept with flexible workplace. Lot of noise, if you have have chosen or have been forced to choose the wrong place due to crowed places. Lot of endemic bug sharing - also because of the pressure that sick people choose to come to the office to deal with the workload.
