Bisher konnte man, Dank der flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, seine privaten Verpflichtungen nachkommen. Das ändert sich in Zukunft, da die Flexibilität wie z.B. die Arbeit im Home Office und flexiblen Arbeitszeiten stark eingeschränkt/ begrenzt werden. Entsprechend mismutig ist die Stimmung.
Receiving tasks, messages, calls and emails from "colleagues" who were bullying me during the week-end or at night was not acceptable.
Ausnahmen zur Firmenpolicy sind kaum umsetzbar. Man spricht sehr oft über Veränderungen, dann passiert nichts. Offensichtlich ist die digitale Tochter der BCG doch nicht so innovativ, wie es scheint. Sehr schade das!

Es gibt einige Weiterbildungen an denen man kostenlos teilnehmen kann. Wenn man intern wechseln möchte (Cohorte / Stadt / Rolle), wird einem das sehr schwer gemacht und so gut wie kaum ermöglicht, auch wenn vom Management regelmäßig das Gegenteil erzählt wird.
Viele individuelle Trainings zur entwicklung diverser Fähigkeiten - Onlinekurse, Bücher, Trainings via Zoom etc.

"Trainings" and Learning & Development? Sure. If you think improv, informal shareback sessions and bad corporate trainings count as developments. But, I wouldn't know, haven't been given the chance to attend one in over a year.
