mind. 1 Betriebsversammlung im Jahr veranstalten, damit die Belegschaft/Kollegen nicht nur als Arbeiter bezeichnet und gesehen werden sonder auch informationen erhalten, wie es der Firma geht, Projekte, usw. Somit würden sich die Mitarbeiter eingebunden fühlen. Auf die Beschwerden der MA zugehen, umsetzen, nach Lösungen finden...
