Soziale Einstellung (Umwandlung in eine Stiftung um Übernahme und daraus möglicherweise folgend Arbeitsplatzverlust zu verhindern).
Rücksichtnahme auf Einschränkungen und Notfälle. Flexible Arbeitszeiten (in Maßen natürlich). Sehr sicherer Arbeitsplatz, Kollegen gehen nur in Einzelfällen, fast immer auf eigenen Wunsch.
Das Unternehmen wird in eine Stiftung überführt . ein konsequenter Schritt, um die Unabhängigkeit zu wahren und langfristig Arbeitsplätze zu sichern. Aus meiner Sicht ein starkes Zeichen für Verantwortung gegenüber den Mitarbeitenden. Was soll ein Arbeitgeber noch mehr tun?
