Das weiterhin jemand als Ausbilder eingesetzt wird, der dieser Herausforderung nicht gewachsen ist. Der Umgangston wird geduldet und nicht unterbunden, was meiner Meinung nach signalisiert, dass es so richtig ist.
Es wird leider oft nicht richtig zugehört und anschließend überreagiert.
