Traut euch modern zu werden. Sonst überholen euch andere Arbeitgeber.
Eure Mitarbeiter sind erwachsene Menschen, bitte behandelt sie auch so.
Und bitte gebt den Mitarbeitern im Großraumbüro auch Over-Ear-Headsets wenn sie es wünschen. Die Begründung, dass sich diese Kollegen damit im Büro isolieren würden ist wirklich banal.
