Not a fair environment at all. Company is not successful to create safe zones to speak up. you are expected to fit a form if you want to stay there. Unfortunately personal relationships/friendships are more important than your capabilities, knowledge and experience. Be prepared to be overwhelmed all the time.

I think they need to be realistic about their early employees. There are many people in the leadership roles that is clearly outgrown by their teams. And the managers are not in a level to keep up with the team and that is wasting a lot of potential and resources for the company. Met with so many awesome and bright people over there whose assigned to weird tasks due to the manager decisions and they feel undervalued, not motivated, borderline ...

For Swiss standards salary is still incredibly low. For a lot of their employees being relocated from other parts of the world I guess it is decent. There are no benefits that are comparable to any competitor brand. New senior leadership hires can earn a lot as they are sold to the teams as true game changers.

Wenn man das anspricht, kommt immer die Ausrede „Ja aber man hat gute Konditionen auf unsere Artikel“ - nicht jeder findet die Artikel toll. Die Schuhe sind Geschmacksache.
Chancen auf Lohnerhöhungen gibt es genau 1 mal im Jahr. Wenn man keine bekommt (was meistens der Fall ist) gibt es keine Diskussion mehr und man darf schön auf nächstes Jahr hoffen. Lächerlich

Auch nach zwei Jahren und mehreren Gesprächen über gewünschte Weiterentwicklung gab es keinerlei Unterstützung oder Aussicht auf entsprechende Karrieresprünge. Wechsel innerhalb der Company in andere Abteilungen ist selten.
Wenn du nicht irgendwelche Kontakte hast, hast du keine Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten. Favouritism is lived intense !
