I never got work, but saw other people getting lots of jobs, probably because they were cheaper (or maybe I'm just "too bad", but I doubt it as all developers there seems to be very experienced). It's a difficult topic, but it feels strange when german IT professionals dont get work in german companies because the companies prefer cheaper (?) freelancers from russia or eastern europe.
