Die Art der Kommunikation ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Tut modern, ist dabei einfach nur rückständig (Personalführung, "Mitarbeiter mitnehmen", Flexibilität zugunsten der Familie etc.)

Suggestions for improvement

Trotz der starken Arbeitsbelastung sollte dafür gesorgt werden, dass Mitarbeiter sich mehr austauschen können, über Projekte, geschaffte Entwicklungen usw.. Das würde für zukünftige Projekte sogar beschleunigend wirken. Obwohl dies genau so propagiert wird, hat man aktuell das Gefühl, sich nur noch um die termingerechte Abwicklung aktueller Aufgaben kümmern zu müssen. Deswegen findet Erfahrungsaustausch aus meiner Sicht zu wenig statt.

Das Image im Konzern hat leider in der Vergangenheit sehr gelitten. Hier liegt es an jedem Mitarbeiter, an diesem zu arbeiten und zur Verbesserung beizutragen.

Deine Meinung ist eine gute Meinung, solange sie sich mit der Deines Vorgesetzten deckt. Engagement über ein durchschnittliches Maß ist eher störend. Es wird zu vieles "offline" besprochen. Arbeitet im Prinzip wie eine alte preußische Behörde.
