Die Ausgewogenheit aus familiärer, Mitarbeiter-orientierter Athmosphäre und den Auswirkungen der geschäftlichen Rahmenaspekten (am Ende muss der Umsatz stimmen und die Kunden müssen zufrieden sein) ist etwas Besondereres, das man nicht überall findet.

Einiges. Ich möchte allerdings die wunderbaren Kollegen ganz besonders hervorheben und in diesem Sinne die internen Strukturen die dieses außergewöhnliche "Miteinander" ermöglichen.
