Wie bei den meisten Jugendhilfeträgern: Die Leitungen schaffen es nicht, sich einzugestehen, dass es irgendwann auch gut ist und man das Arbeitsfeld/ Träger wechseln sollte. Dies ist zu Lasten der Mitarbeiter*innen und nicht zu vergessen den K&J.

Suggestions for improvement

Wenn man bei der Leitung anfängt (was meistens das "Problem" ist) dann ein Austausch und neuer Führungswechsel. Dann hätte es Potential. Nicht nur Fachkräfte nach dem Studium einstellen. Trennung von Arbeit und Privat.
