Office hours can be managed in a flexible way
Internal communication is virtually non-existent. Its a very, very small company with 2 managers who are not able to establish a real relationship with their employees. Additionally, they dont understand that a job need also to be fun, you need to enjoy your job in order to bring a good performance.
There are no benefits and it is practically impossible to get an increase in wage.
