Tbh mostly everything while I know this is probably not super helpful. I started in another department and after learning a lot. We discussed where else I could learn as much as possible with the capability and knowledge I have, and now I joined the People team. I love it here so much and can highly recommend working for Luminovo before doing anything else to improve your quality of work tremendously.

For me, there's nothing that I don't like.
While the office is located 3 min walk from Englischer Garten it would be nice if there was a shower, so that one could go for a jogging before and/or after work. Would be also nice to have some room for workout.
I literally struggle to write something else here, because I am excited about coming to the office every day.
This isn't a con. However, depending on your career priorities, it could be a place to stay long-term or mid-term. Nonetheless, irrespective of how long you stay, you'll have a quality impact in the electronics industry and learn a lot - giving feedback, taking feedback, harnessing and improving your skills, communicating better, and much more.

Working hours can be long and it is expected to go the extra mile - however, in my case this was communicated transparently in the application process.

Just keep on doing what you're doing. Being nice and excellent is such a wonderful approach, and you're living it, from the founders on. Maybe keep the full remote setup for everyone, because I think it is such a big part of the success that we have. Apart from that, I think you are all doing a great job.
I think there is not much going on in terms of ecological topics, but in a very modern and efficient startup this is not really a topic tbh.
As we are growing fast it is not easy to always follow with the communication aspects, but we are doing our best keeping trasparency between the teams.

For me personally, it has been great. I've been promoted two times in two years, and I think that is still possible since we are still growing. It's maybe not as easy as it was two or three years before, because we have reached a certain maturity. One is learning a lot all the time in regards to the industry, but also in what you're doing.
