Zu viele Meetings, teilweise übertriebene Teambuilding-Maßnahmen auf Kosten der produktiven Arbeitszeit, ich hätte mir mehr Vielfalt unter den Mitarbeiter:innen gewünscht, auch ältere Kolleg:innen und ausgewogenere Gehälter.
Teilweise unrealistische Erwartungen, allerdings hat das oft auch unerwartet positive Ergebnisse erzeugt…
Nachdem einige Abteilungen geschlossen wurden herrscht Unsicherheit über die Arbeitsplätze, Fluktuation ist seit dem sehr hoch
Man sollte doch auch Frauen in Führungspositionen befördern.
Ich kann nichts über die aktuellen Arbeitsbedingungen bei Stylight sagen, da meine gesamte Abteilung 2017 nach der Übernahme durch Pro7/Sat1 entlassen wurde.
Teilweise knappe Mittel um sehr hohe Ziele zu erreichen - hier vielleicht optimieren
- I feel like over the past months many great ideas have been overruled and only projects from the parter growth team have been focused on. Many of those were bad ideas, did not show results and nothing has been communicated about them afterwards. Also, too many different projects have been focused on at the same time!
- You should show more appreciation for tech people - without us nothing runs.
- I don’t know what management can do, but ...
