Die Lehrlinge mehr mit Verteilen auf der Baustelle basteln lassen, die paarmal im Jahr an den Lehrlingstagen reichen in meinen Augen nicht. Beim WIFI Technikcenter ist die Firma dafür bekannt, dass die Lehrlinge zu wenig Praxiserfahrung an den Verteilern haben :)
Einen unparteiischen Mitarbeiter, der sich als Monteur ausgibt und die Obermonteure kontrolliert, wie viel Bier die schon in der Früh verdrückt haben :)
Nicht jeden cent sparen(maschinen, container usw), besseres Werkzeug und strengere Fahrzeugregeln damit diese nach 100000km nicht zum wegschmeissen sind.
Es geht eigentlich eher um die Arbeiter und nicht das Unternehmen
Sollte mehr drauf achten wie die Arbeiter von ihm sind
Mehr auf Qualität als auf Quantität setzen.
