Though there was not much positive feedback, what I can say is that people genuinely care about each other. There is lots of laughter, comradery and learning from one another. And an enormous amount of trust.
- Foster more leadership opportunities for employees who seem interested in leading. And try to ensure that those who are leading departments have full-time contracts, so they can give their employees the coaching and support that they need and keep the lines of communication 100% open.
