In meinem 6-monatigen Praktikum wurde ich von einem sehr offenen und herzlichen Team empfangen. Das Unternehmen zeichnet sich vor allem durch seine flachen Hierarchiestufen, vielen Freiräumen sowie dem respektvollem und freundschaftlichen Umgang der Geschaftsführung gegenüber Mitarbeitern aus.
Der Lernfaktor ist sehr hoch, da ich sofort in die Projekte integriert wurde und man sich die Zeit für ungeklärte Fragen nimmt. Ich kann die infinit human resources GmbH als Arbeitgeber nur empfehlen!
Perfekte Werkstudententätigkeit zwischen März 2015 bis März 2016 in einem super Team mit flachen Hierarchiestufen und einem tollen Wir-Gefühl. Spaß, Motivation und ein sehr offener Umgang innerhalb des Teams runden den positiven Eindruck ab. Ebenfalls erwähnenswert ist der Lernfaktor, da es viele Einblicke in verschiedenste Branchen gibt und zudem eine gute Gelegenheit ist, den Personalberatungssektor kennenzulernen. Ein Praktikum oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit ist absolut zu empfehlen
