Die Unternehmenswerte werden hoch gelebt. Der Umgang zwischen Kollegen und Vorgesetzten passiert immer auf Augenhöhe, mit Humor, offen, ehrlich, transparent und immer fair. Man kann sich mit seinen Ideen und Vorschlägen immer sehr gut einbinden und auch Probleme können immer offen angesprochen werden.
