Der Bewerber sollte bei einem Sachbearbeiter bleiben und nicht mehrere Ansprechpartner haben. Das sorgt für Verwirrung.
Die männlichen Tippsen die total unwissend sind durch Computer ersetzen, spart Geld und Kraft
