Vielfältigkeit.
Man schaut auf die Kollegen
bunt gemischte Arbeitskollegen (von jung bis alt); sehr nettes Miteinander; auf Work-Life-Balance wird geachtet - ganz top, weiter so!
Top Verhalten auch in der Corona Zeit. Keine Kurzarbeit oder so. Homeoffice funktioniert perfekt.

Manchmal zu schnelle Entscheidungen oder Postenbesetzungen
Der Kontakt der "Ogranisation" zum Support ist recht mau. Die Stimmung ist meist angespannt. Besserer Umgang zu den Mitarbeitern.

Interne Kommunikation kann man verbessern, mehr Geld wäre auch nicht schlecht
Auf die Wünsche der Mitarbeiter mehr Rücksicht nehmen, Keinen Stress an den Kollegen auslassen, Bessere gezielte Organisation (Und damit meine ich nicht Müll fahren etc...)
Auf die Meinung der Mitarbeiter mehr Wert geben und auf Kritik und Verbesserungsvorschläge beachten
