Very happy with my colleagues, it is a well-knit group, often do social activities outside of work.
Regular tasks are somewhat repetitive, however manager takes time to ensure that I am being challenged with my additional tasks. When I need more work, I can ask for more.
There are regular meetings, more transparency top-down would be appreciated for situations where my daily tasks are impacted. It is not always clear what steps are being taken to mitigate problems at the top.
I have not experienced discrimination, I cannot speak for other members of staff.

As an e-commerce company the bulk of employees are not within this age range. I'm not sure if this is a discrimination factor or a consequence of qualifications.

I feel positive about prospects within the company, and education opportunities.

I feel I am compensated fairly for my work, wish that medical and dental were more accessible.
They ensure that desks are ergonomically sound, the office itself is a little on the loud side, however I have a lot of space for working. The technology we are using can sometimes be frustratingly slow.
Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
There does not seem to be much effort towards properly managing waste, there is little/no conversation regarding social awareness.
There are a lot of holidays, and I find the work week very manageable. It is easy enough to get time off, I have not had any trouble keeping balance.
Internally I am frustrated with our image, however externally I still believe the brand is strong. We have areas to work on.
