Die Kommunikation ist eine Katastrophe. Sie wird - wenn überhaupt - formell gehalten. Zu viel Flurfunk. Mitarbeiter spielen sich den ganzen Tag an den Füßen und geilen sich an den aktuellen Gerüchten im Flurfunk auf. Unfassbar!
