Meiner Meinung nach sehr gut. Die Kolleginnen und Kollegen arbeiten Untereinander gut. Auch das Verhältnis zu den Vorgesetzten ist bündig und ehrlich. Unstimmigkeiten kann man sowohl bei den Kolleginnen und Kollegen, als auch bei den Vorgesetzten ansprechen und diskutieren. Es werden keine Mitarbeiter ausgegrenzt oder im Aufgabenbereich aufgrund persönlicher Diskrepanzen weniger gleichberechtigt behandelt. Auf Montage ist der Umgangston etwas direkter und rauer, aber auch dies ist eher natürlich - und persönlich war es eh nie.
