Keinerlei Gehaltserhöhungen in den letzten Jahren bekommen. Trotz mehrfachen ansprechen und Positions- und Verantwortungsverbesserung.
Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt, die in der oberen Abteilung stecken sich die Taschen bis oben hin voll, machen nix und die fleißigen Mitarbeiter bekommen einen lächerlichen Lohn! Urlaubs und Weihnachtsgeld Fehlanzeige. Selbt ein 50eur Tankgutschein ist zu viel verlangt was sehr schade ist, schließlich sind gute Mitarbeiter im Handwerk das Rückrad eines Unternehmen
