Klar kann es stressig im Alltag werden - zu keiner Zeit jedoch wird irgendjemand ausfallend. Bei Fragen wird einem geholfen, man geht gerne zur Arbeit, auch wenn viel zu tun ist. Es wird auch zusammen gelacht und der Zusammenhalt ist standortübergreifend sehr gut. Es ist heutzutage nicht mehr leicht einen guten Arbeitgeber mit so einem hohen Wohlfühlfaktor zu finden.
