Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Zusammenhalt, Hilfsbereitschaft, das gemeinsame Essen, die wunderschönen Räumlichkeiten und die Mühe die man sich für uns alle macht - dadurch entsteht eine mega Wohlfühlkultur.
Die "flachen Hierarchien" - also man kann wirklich mal eben mit jedem sprechen, wenn man eine Idee oder ein Problem hat. Außerdem bisher der entspannteste Arbeitgeber, den ich hatte.
Die tolle Atmosphäre und die netten Kollegen. Es wird viel Wert drauf gelegt, dass wir uns alle wohl fühlen.
Die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist wirklich unglaublich. Das muss man selbst erlebt haben.

Tolle, familiäre Atmosphäre. Schöne und lustige Gespräche in den gemeinsamen Mittagspausen oder einfach mal zwischendurch in unserer Coffee Corner.
Gesunde Mischung aus konzentrierter Arbeit und immer mal wieder kurz zwischendurch sich einfach so unterhalten
Wohlfühlfaktor = 120. Wir haben eine herzliche, offene Atmosphäre.

Wertschätzende, unterstützende, herzliche, lockere, inspirierende und respektvolle Arbeitsatmosphäre, die man mit Worten nahezu unmöglich beschreiben kann. Intern wird daher oft vom Lucom-Gefühl gesprochen, das man einfach selbst einmal kennengelernt haben muss.
