Your company?
The following jobs could be of interest to you:
Employees at this company especially notice the following factors: Constantly work overtime and Fail to give employees clear direction.
The following benefits were most frequently mentioned in the 25 employee reviews.
I am finding the company a decent, respectful and caring employer. There is a lot of built-in stress while innovating, constant change is inevitable, so, intensity while working in such an area is a given. Management is reasonable, respectful and tries to be in-tune with employees' needs. I feel supported and valued, both as an employee and as a human being.
I enjoy my job and I love my colleagues... I think there are always opportunities to grow, but I see them trying to improve and be better for the employees
The company gives a lot of freedom to the employees to work their own schedule, and gives a lot of trust.
The immediate coworkers are amazing and I wish them nothing but the best.
Coworkers get along for the most part and are friendly
The communication from up to down is sometimes very confusing and changes direction maybe a bit too often.
No goals or direction and there is a lot of finger pointing
Sometimes not enough trust that people can deliver results when given more autonomy.
Constant changes, stress, uncertainty. Hiring, firing culture.
Pretty much everything.
Replace your top leadership with people who don't see employees as lazy machines. Maybe try some empathy. Stop clinging to temporary solutions and fixes.
Clarity about future plans & continuous updates from Management to maintain transparency
Clear communication of where the company is, and where it goes.
Do less with more quality. More isn't always better
Communicating how great the move to the airport would be, only to remove all the benefits without any replacement, was a bad joke. I understand that parking at the airport costs differently compared to Wiener Neustadt, but cutting meal vouchers because of this shows little respect for your employees. In general, management needs to wake up—things are going in the wrong direction and have been for the longest time.
The highest rated factor of ENPULSION is Collegiality with 3.9 points (based on 10 reviews).
The team spirit among colleagues was actually decent, which is why I'm giving this category 3 stars, but only 3, because a significant part of that seemed to come from people bonding over shared frustration rather than from a genuinely positive company culture.
Colleagues are the best part of this company and they stick together, lift and support each other
Amazing. One of the best parts
Since production gets treated pretty horribly by higher ups we stick together like glue.
Colleagues are great and stick together as much as possible. Only disrupted by management pitting people against eachother.
The lowest rated factor of ENPULSION is Career/Professional development with 2.5 points (based on 7 reviews).
You only have a chance to rise in the ranks if you are willing to burn yourself out and are okay with developing an anxiety disorder.
There used to be a benefit for furthering eductation, but they took it away.
Promotions exist, because people quit quite often, but a promotion at Enpulsion is like moving closer to the captain’s deck while being handed a larger bucket for the same sinking ship.
Non existent. No efforts in developing people or giving trainings, people are promoted to be fired. Hiring, firing culture. Not event time for solid onboardings.
Little possibility for additional trainings
