Die Arbeitszeiten, da lässt man sich bei Einstellung natürlich drauf ein, also man ist selber mit dabei. Gehaltsverhandlungen muss man selber führen. Die Höhe des Gehaltes wird dann mit „Wir haben … schon mehr gegeben, daher können wir Ihnen nun nicht mehr geben.“ abgetan. Sehr unzufriedenstellend.
