Ehrlicher Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und keine zwei Klassengesellschaft wäre gut.

Ich kann hier nur raten eine bessere Kommunikation zu allen zu pflegen und den Mitarbeitern etwas mehr Respekt entgegen zu bringen. Vielleicht sollte hier auch mal etwas mehr Lob ausgesprochen werden. Den Vorgesetzten rate ich mit den Mitarbeitern mehr persönlich zu sprechen und jeden mitzunehmen.
