Aus meiner Sicht ist das Arbeitsklima in dem PSD, in dem ich tätig war, extrem belastend gewesen und hatte sogar schwere Auswirkungen auf mein Privatleben. Ich habe erlebt, dass Spannungen und Konflikte nicht konstruktiv aufgearbeitet wurden, wodurch sich ein dauerhaft negatives Klima entwickelte. Von Kolleg*innen wie auch von der Leitung habe ich erfahren, dass solche Erfahrungen bereits mehrfach vorkamen. Suggestions for improvement

Meiner Erfahrung nach wäre es wichtig, den PSD (in dem ich war) stärker in den Verein zu integrieren und sicherzustellen, dass Konflikte im Team offen angesprochen und bearbeitet werden. Nur so können sich die Probleme im Arbeitsklima langfristig verbessern.
