Es wird darauf geachtet, dass man außerhalb seiner Verfügbarkeiten nicht auf Mails etc. reagieren muss bzw. es wird erwartet, dass man abschaltet und seine Arbeitszeiten einhält. Super!

Als Werkstudierende*r hat man viele Chancen aufzusteigen und Neues dazu zulernen wenn man sich die Mühe gibt. Die Projektleiter/Manager pushen die Werkis ständig, legen viel Wert darauf, dass man sich weiterentwickelt. Es werden Workshops in wichtigsten Themen angeboten und es gibt ein Archiv aller Deep Dive Sessions oder vergangenen Schulungen, damit man sich diese jederzeit angucken kann.
