Some tasks may feel repetitive or not very challenging, especially during the initial phase of the internship. It would be helpful to diversify responsibilities early on to keep interns engaged.
There is no clear mentorship program or formal training for interns. Introducing a structured mentorship system could greatly support learning and development.
The onboarding process could be more structured, particularly for technical roles, to help new interns integrate faster and understand their tasks better.
Gestion des stagiaires dans certaines équipes, pourquoi pas considérer l'embauche de personnes en contrat permanent, pour améliorer la qualité de certains services. Augmenter les primes, et en attribuer davantage en se basant sur les performances pour motiver davantage les employés.

On the work:
- The onboarding was quite extensive and sometimes too much information was given. I told them my feedback at the end, and they were thankful and want to adapt it for the future interns
On the office:
- offer more diverse drinks in the company fridge (not only beer, energy drinks and sweet soft drinks)
- really central location, but the area in general is quite expensive (shops, restaurants)
- earlier communication of goals or future plans (at least with long term employees)
- "wellness initiatives": Introducing wellness programs or initiatives to support the physical and mental well-being of employees (like office Yoga)
- further remote work support: Providing additional resources or support for remote work to ensure a seamless and productive work experience for employees working from home

So entsteht ein großes Team, und es ist nicht ungewöhnlich, dass Mitarbeiter aus verschiedenen Abteilungen an denselben Projekten mitarbeiten.
This is probably the best point here - the hiring process is very picky, and the people being hired are not only hired for their talents, but for the type of human being that they are. It ends up in a super friendly and supportive environment.

Is competitive, could be a bit higher. However there are regular salary increases.
When you receive the contract as an INTERN, the pay seems really good. However, I think that I would never take such a job back even with five times the amount of money I was making back then.
As far as I know from colleagues who were employed full time, the salary almost does not change from intern to full time employee. In this perspective, for a full time employee the salary is very low.
Could be better, could be worse
The salary is not aligned with the amount of hours, stress and little personal life that I had left while working at this company.

If there is anything I would like to highlight is the large number of opportunities CheckYeti has given me - and many of the colleagues I work with. As a fast-paced and growing business, new tasks and responsibilities are always coming up and are within the reach of anybody who wishes to get involved. Is easy to bring up new project ideas and take fully over and develop them. Just need to check with your leaders and they will give ...
For me it was a very good start out of my comfort zone right into the working world. In the first months already, I could learn so much about myself and what I am able to do. I also don't think I am already at the end, in the daily business many tasks just stay the same but there is always room for improvement and learning new skills or getting new responsibilities.
