One minus for someone who could be considering CheckYeti as a future place to work... it is a super dynamic place, where you will have to take ownership of tasks from the very beginning... don't know, but some people may not enjoy that... I guess

Suggestions for improvement

Some tasks may feel repetitive or not very challenging, especially during the initial phase of the internship. It would be helpful to diversify responsibilities early on to keep interns engaged.
There is no clear mentorship program or formal training for interns. Introducing a structured mentorship system could greatly support learning and development.
The onboarding process could be more structured, particularly for technical roles, to help new interns integrate faster and understand their tasks better.

On the work:
- The onboarding was quite extensive and sometimes too much information was given. I told them my feedback at the end, and they were thankful and want to adapt it for the future interns
On the office:
- offer more diverse drinks in the company fridge (not only beer, energy drinks and sweet soft drinks)
- really central location, but the area in general is quite expensive (shops, restaurants)

Die Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens, sowohl die Praktikanten als auch die älteren Mitarbeiter, sind fleißig, aber vor allem Menschen, die gerne zusammenarbeiten. So entsteht ein großes Team, und es ist nicht ungewöhnlich, dass Mitarbeiter aus verschiedenen Abteilungen an denselben Projekten mitarbeiten.

When you receive the contract as an INTERN, the pay seems really good. However, I think that I would never take such a job back even with five times the amount of money I was making back then.
As far as I know from colleagues who were employed full time, the salary almost does not change from intern to full time employee. In this perspective, for a full time employee the salary is very low.
