Weniger medi-zwang. Nicht über die austretenden hinwegentscheiden und ihr Leben noch ganz kaputtmachen (wenn der Schulabschluss noch nicht geschafft ist zurück in die normale Schule oder in eine Privatschule und nicht in ein sozialamt-wohnheim und iv Lehre.).

Besserer Umgang mit den Angestellten und inkompetente Vorgesetzten kündigen. Nicht, dass die schlecht informierten Mitarbeiter dessen Inkompetenz ausbaden müssen.
