1st and 2nd interview.
Following the telephone interview or recruiting event, we invite you to
an interview at our premises. These two interviews will be carried out
by two consultants on different levels. The aim is to get to know one
another better. On the one hand, you will gain insight into Synpulse as a company and on the other, you will have the opportunity
of demonstrating your analytical and conceptual skills.
3rd interview & decision.
The third interview takes place with a Partner. The primary objectives
are to clarify any remaining questions from the previous interviews,
assess social skills and explain contractual conditions.
If we’re convinced, you’ll receive your work contract the very next
day. We look forward to welcoming you as one of our colleagues.
