Telephone interview.

The first stage of the application process is a telephone interview.

Alternatively, you can participate in one of our Recruiting events»». This gives you the opportunity of getting to know Synpulse personally and in an informal atmosphere.

1st and 2nd interview.

Following the telephone interview or recruiting event, we invite you to an interview at our premises. These two interviews will be carried out by two consultants on different levels. The aim is to get to know one another better. On the one hand, you will gain insight into Synpulse as a company and on the other, you will have the opportunity of demonstrating your analytical and conceptual skills.

3rd interview & decision.

The third interview takes place with a Partner. The primary objectives are to clarify any remaining questions from the previous interviews, assess social skills and explain contractual conditions.

If we’re convinced, you’ll receive your work contract the very next day. We look forward to welcoming you as one of our colleagues.

Auch hier gelten die gleichen Aussagen wie bei "interessante Aufgaben". Grundsätzlich sei gesagt, dass die Firma jedoch stets um ein gutes Klima bemüht ist und dies im Allgemeinen nun auch schon über zwei Dekaden halten konnte.


Höchst personenabhängig und entsprechend breit ist die Spanne des Vorgesetztenverhaltens. Das Unternehmen arbeitet jedoch aktiv an seinen Führungsgrundsätzen und fördert kooperatives, faires und wertschätzendes Verhalten.
Etwas störend ist, dass insbesondere auf Geschäftsleitungsebene noch zu wenig Konsistenz in der Führung sichtbar ist.
