Arbeitsanweisungen oder Orgabeschreibungen sollten auch wirklich umgesetzt werden. Mitarbeiter, die diese aushebeln oder ignorieren sollten in Personalgesprächen zurecht gewiesen werden.
Grundsätzlich sollten jedes Jahr ein Personalgespräch stattfinden, nicht erst auf Forderung des Mitarbeiters.
