Salaries are not competitive for program manager level, compared to other companies. No yearly salary increments guaranteed. No year end bonus either. No career progression for program managers.
Transparency over salaries by departments and seniority as clear indicator and guideline visible for all. No gender pay gap obviously.

In my role/department there are no promotions - no senior titles are available which I am not sure why.
On the brighter side, there are plenty of offerings for personal development and soft skills, which I appreciate.
Weiterbildungen werden selten angeboten, man muss Eigeninitiative zeigen und dran bleiben. Karriere kann man machen, die Strukturen sind aber ziemlich fix, man muss schauen wo, wann und wie es passt.
An meinem Arbeitsplatz war im Grunde kein "Aufstieg" möglich.
Es gab aber einige Seminare zur praktischen Weiterbildung.
Das Outlook-Seminar war allerdings extrem schlecht, nicht Teilnehmergerecht, wenig praxisnah :(
Kann man vergessen. Personalabteilung ist ein Totalausfall.
Abteilungsbedingt gab es nur begrenzt die Möglichkeit weiter aufzusteigen.
