What I really like about Koa is the positive and supportive vibe within the company. The flat hierarchies make it easy to communicate openly, and I always feel heard and appreciated. The salary and benefits package at Koa is solid and competitive. At Koa, everyone has the chance to participate in a Phantom Share Program, as a way to directly benefit from the company's growth and success. I love the regular team events. There's still room to grow on the benefits side, but employees are being heard with their ideas and it’s clear that the company values its people.
