LinkedIn bietet den Angestellten viel. Sowas findet man kein zweites Mal in Österreich.
Zb.: Viele freie Tage, zusätzlich zu den gesetzlichen 5 Wochen.

Wenn man in der LinkedIn Bubble ist, sieht man nicht, dass es eigentlich kein guter Arbeitgeber ist. das sieht man erst, wenn man draußen ist. Sicher bieten sie Benefits, aber ... man ist glücklicher ohne. Man ist freier ... frei vom psychologischen Druck und meine Sicht ist nicht mehr benebelt. Ich bin froh, nicht mehr dabei zu sein.
Manche Leute haben exorbitant hohes Gehalt und andere kratzen am Mindestlohn. Also keine faire Bezahlung für gleiche Arbeit.
Mit mehrmaligen Massenkündigungen und Reorganisationen hat man der Belegschaft Engagement, Motivation und Initiative nachhaltig abgewöhnt. Das Ende des Standorts liegt in der Luft.

Ständige Erreichbarkeit ist notwendig um über die permanenten Änderungen und neue Projekte am Laufenden zu bleiben. Drei verschiedene Messenger-Dienste/Apps am Privathandy weil man sonst nicht dazugehört.
