What employees don't like

Ich habe zunehmend den Eindruck, dass viele Entscheidungen sehr kurzfristig getroffen werden, ohne die langfristigen Auswirkungen ausreichend zu berücksichtigen. Außerdem fehlt es oft an klarer und transparenter Kommunikation, Änderungen werden teilweise sehr kurzfristig oder gar nicht offiziell kommuniziert. Das erschwert die Planung und führt leider auch dazu, dass das Vertrauen in das Management abgenommen hat.

Eg. Job security is very low specially when your project is ramping down. Role elimination or layoff anytime

Aufstiegschancen sollten nicht davon abhängen ob nicht bereits Verwandte in der Firma gearbeitet haben. Wie sonst kann es eine Hausfrau mit Sparkassenabschluss, schaffen in eine Führungsposition zu gelagen, wenn alle anderen in der Abteilung akademische Abschlüsse mit durchgehener Vita haben, während sie jahrelang nur Zuhause war?
