Dynamic: there are opportunities to learn even though it can be stressful to accomplish some tasks regarding time and constraints that are given. If you are flexible and agile you can progress quickly into your field.
The main goal is clear. The teams can organize themselves daily, weekly or monthly according to the plans and strategy of the departments they are working with. As the field is dynamic, lots of decisions are being taken quickly and workers need to adjust/adapt their capacities quickly.
Nice and hard-working people, happy to help when they have the capacity (it depends on the goals and on the periods). Easy to socialize thanks to Friday Pizzas & Beer.
Tasks are distributed regarding the positions. According to the departments it's more or less easy to take initiatives and ownerships for the projects.
Some periods are very dynamic and decisions are being taken quickly. To make it work the workers need to be organized and structured.
It's a good place to experiment ideas and work with different tools.
- Weekly 1:1 with your team lead to evaluate the status of the projects
- Monthly All Hands to get an overview of the work performed by all the departments
- Digital tools such as Office Vibe if you want to talk about a specific topic to the management (can also be anonymous but there is also a devoted and listening HR team)
Nice office that is also easy to access. You get the material you need. Due to the fact that the place is organized as an open space it can sometimes be loud.

The main product produced is made out of plastic but it's following the innovations in the medical field. Sure there will be some progress soon.
You organize yourself according to your preferences as long as the work is done and the 8 hours respected. You sometimes have to work on last-minute projects but it's possible to adjust it afterwards.

There is a big potential that is sometimes wasted because of the structure. However, it's a nice place with competent, dedicated and hard-working people willing to make things evolve in the right decision. Be sure that if people have the capacity they will help you when you need it.
