When not micro managed by colleagues on the same level, many with much less Gastro experience, it's fun with the guests. However most days were micro managed.
As mentioned above, quality is only said to be important. It's all about pushing as fast as possible.
Some great guys and girls in there, wonderful folk. As with any workplace though it's soured by the minority who use it as a playground, lying and backstabbing (among other things) to progress to higher positions.
