Pünktlicher Lohn, ein perfektes Betriebsklima, die Karrieremöglichkeiten, die Firmenveranstaltungen und eigentlich alles was in der Bewertung sonst noch steht.

Langsames und auch teilweise unsinniges Handel bei wichtigen Entscheidungen. Außerdem wird oft an die einfachen Mitarbeiter wichtige Informationen von bestimmten Führungskräften nicht weitergeleitet.

Versuchen im bestimmten Bereichen Konzerndenken zu überdenken
etwas Geld in die Hand nehmen und in neue Mitarbeiter investieren um die angestellten zu entlasten.
Fördert den Zusammenhalt zwischen den Abteilungen wieder mehr. Außerdem sollte wieder mehr auf die einzelnen Mitarbeiter gehört werden und ihre Meinung überdacht werden (Was sich aber schon sehr stark bessert aktuell).
