Es wurde auf Nachfrage, ob alles okay ist immer ja gesagt und dann auf einmal kam die Kündigung. Ich glaube der Arbeitgeber hat keine Lust auf ein unangenehmes Gespräch gehabt und lieber alles hinter dem Rücken geklärt.
