Die einzelnen Teams sollten nicht nur über den Teamleiter zusammenarbeiten dürfen.
Mitarbeitern mehr Vertrauen, nicht alles kontrollieren, nicht immer nur auf die Zeiten gucken.
Nicht immer nach günstige Arbeitskräfte suchen, nicht immer das vorgegebene Material abrattern- vor allem wenn man es zum x-ten mal neuen Mitarbeitern vorlesen muss. Sie können auch selber die Präsentationen lesen- vllt effektiver

Innerhalb meines Aufgabengebietes gab es ca. 3 von 10 Aufgaben, die annähernd interessant waren. Leider passiert es zu schnell, dass manche Leute monatelang das gleiche machen und man dann von 0 auf 100 wieder was anderes macht und bei kleinen Fehlern direkt auf den Deckel bekommt.
Ha! Nein. Monoton und es hat nix mit echter SEO Arbeit zu tun. Niemand im Unternehmen hat Ahnung
Es sind immer dieselben Aufgaben, die stur nach Schema F erledigt werden müssen. Die meisten davon sind nicht sehr anspruchsvoll, sondern langweilig.
Dieser Job enthält normale aufgaben eines normalen Kundenservices. Viele E-Mails, viele Telefonate auf Zeit.
Da die Firma noch recht neu ist, sind noch nicht alle Aufgabenbereiche in Europa und somit gibt es nicht in jedem Arbeitsbereich viel Abwechslung. Aber dir Firma bemüht sich uns auf dem neuesten Stand zu bringen und uns so schnell wie möglich auf neue Aufgeben zu trainieren.
Karriere/Weiterbildung wird mit durchschnittlich 3,1 Punkten bewertet (basierend auf 9 Bewertungen).
Es gibt interne Schulungen, um alle anfallenden Aufgaben zu erlernen. Sobald man diese kann (nach ca. 3 Monaten) gibt es keine regulären Schulungen mehr. Innerhalb der einzelnen Arbeitsfelder kann man nicht aufsteigen, sondern lediglich zum Teamlead werden - damit fallen allerdings sämtliche inhaltlichen Aufgaben weg. Innerhalb des eigenen Arbeitsbereiches gibt es keinerlei Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
Eigentlich der ideale Studenten-/Übergangsjob. Karriere machen die wenigsten und auch nur die, die vom Vorgesetzten menschlich vorgezogen werden.
Die internen Trainings nutzen einem in anderen Unternehmen der Branche zu 90% nichts.
Viele Mitarbeiter (wie ich auch) haben mehrfach nachgefragt ob die Möglichkeit besteht, sich weiterbilden zu können. Leider wurde dies immer abgelehnt. Das Geld sei nicht da und schon gar nicht die Zeit während der Arbeitszeit. Interne Beförderungen sind nicht möglich!
Mir wurde nichts angeboten, obwohl sie wussten dass ich mein Studium beende.
Since there are very specific work flows and it is a big company, there is internalt educational material that management promotes when prompted/asked for by employees. You can also shadow in most of the other departments in you request it. Unfortunately the specificity also means that you won't gain knowledge that is applicable industry-wide - but it is a great look behind the curtain of online marketing for SMEs.
